Custom system · For a restaurant

Online food ordering system

The starting point
The restaurant's orders came in by phone and messages — at peak times this led to mistakes and missed orders, while the big food-delivery platforms' commissions would have eaten the margin.
What we built
A dedicated online ordering interface: menu management, order intake and a kitchen overview — under the restaurant's own brand, commission-free.
The result
Orders now arrive in one place, accurately and traceably; staff can focus on guests instead of the phone.

Website · For several small businesses

Business websites

The starting point
Several small businesses were operating with outdated websites or no online presence at all — prospects couldn't find them, or didn't get a trustworthy first impression.
What we built
Modern, mobile-friendly presentation sites: clear structure, fast loading, easy maintenance — multilingual where needed.
The result
A professional online presence that builds trust and that the owners confidently point their customers to.

Custom software · For a company

Worker time-tracking software

The starting point
Working hours were tracked on paper and in spreadsheets — the end-of-month summary was slow and full of room for error.
What we built
Simple time-tracking software: workers log their hours, management sees summaries instantly and can export them for payroll.
The result
End-of-month admin now takes a fraction of the time, and the data is accurate and searchable at any moment.

Process improvement · For a pool manufacturer

Process improvement in a pool manufacturing plant

The starting point
Production had grown organically over the years with no documented processes — it wasn't clear which step depended on what, where time was being lost, or why the plant was arranged the way it was.
What we built
We walked and mapped the entire production process: a process map, a breakdown of dependencies between steps and of lost time, plus concrete recommendations for the plant layout.
The result
Management now sees in black and white where time is lost and what depends on what — improvement decisions can be based on facts instead of gut feeling.
