Privacy notice

This website is operated by Gergő Lakatos (trading as Pragma), from the Hungarian–Slovak border region. Contact for the controller: [email protected].

Please direct any question, request or complaint about data protection to that address. We do not have a designated data protection officer; the operator answers these personally.

If you fill in the contact form, we process: your name, email address, company name (optional), the subject of your enquiry (from the dropdown) and the text of your message.

We use this solely to reply to you and prepare the quote you asked for. We do not use it for newsletters, we do not sell it, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

The message is delivered by email to the operator's inbox — this site does not store form content in any database. We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) as a processor for that delivery.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We keep the message for as long as the enquiry and any resulting work require, then delete it.

The form contains a hidden field that filters automated submissions (bots). Its contents are discarded — never transmitted, never stored.

The basic operation of this site needs no consent-requiring cookies. We use one cookie for a technical purpose: storing your chosen language so you get the right version when you return.

For statistics we use Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. It loads, and sets cookies, only if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you decline, every other function of the site works exactly as before.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

We also use Vercel's cookieless page-view counter, which sets no cookies and cannot identify you individually.

The site runs on Vercel (Vercel, Inc.) and traffic reaches it through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.). Both providers process the technical data needed to operate and secure the service — such as IP address, browser identifier and request time.

We do not access those logs at the level of an individual visitor and do not use them for profiling.

The providers named here (Resend, Google, Vercel, Cloudflare) are based in the United States, so processing may involve transfers outside the EU, under each provider's own data protection terms.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, you may object to processing, and you may request data portability.

An email to [email protected] is enough for any of these. There is no special form, and we charge nothing for handling a request.

If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk), or to the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence.

If how or why we process data changes, we will update this notice and change the date shown at the top.
